A man was charged with assault and strangulation after beating up his girlfriend, according to Endicott Police. On Tuesday, police arrested Daniel Rosenbarker of Endicott. He’s accused of getting into a domestic dispute with his live-in girlfriend and then physically assaulting and choking her until she passed out on several occasions over a two-day span. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of a number of injuries to her legs, arms, stomach, neck, face and head. She also suffered bleeding on the brain and other internal bleeding. Rosenbarker was taken to the Broome County Jail without bail.
