State Police arrested an Endicott man on three counts of possessing child pornography. 35-year-old Justin Mancini was arrested on Friday. During the investigation an allegation was received that Mancini had placed an advertisement on Craigslist to babysit children. The New York State Police is requesting that anyone who used Mancini for childcare, answered his ad, or has any information that Mancini was hired to babysit, contact the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at (607) 754-3854.
