An Endicott man has been convicted of two crimes after an incident in the village in 2013. David Stacconi was convicted after trial of criminal mischief in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. Both charges are in connection to an incident in March of 2013 in the Village of Endicott. Stacconi was found hiding in a vehicle he had forcibly entered, while it was parked outside a local tavern. When discovered by the vehicle owner and her friend, Stacconi displayed a box cutter to the friend and ran from the vehicle.
