An Endicott man has pleaded guilty to charges related to a crash that left one man dead and another man seriously injured.
29-year-old Kevin Buie, faced two felony charges — vehicular manslaughter and and assault, both in the second degree — stemming from the Sept. 15 incident at the corner of Main and Front streets in Binghamton. Jonathan Pratt, 35, was killed and Joseph Dirig, 35, was seriously injured. Buie was also charged with burglary in the second degree after he broke into the apartment of a former girlfriend on Aug. 25 and attacked her.
Buie faces as many as 22 years in jail when he appears for sentencing on June 19. He is currently in the Broome County Jail.
