Endicott Police have made an arrest after a man allegedly robbed the CVS Pharmacy on North Street. Investigators say 55-year-old Richard LaFlower of Endicott entered the store with a knife and threatened a clerk. Police say DNA evidence at the scene matched LaFlower. He is now being charged with robbery in the first degree.
