The Endicott Police have arrested two suspects in multiple robberies in the Village in September. 21-year-old Ali Chandler of Endicott and 26-year-old Ramel Noel, who has no permanent address, were charged with felony Robbery. The incidents occurred in the evening of September 14th and early morning of the 15th. The suspects are alleged to have robbed a victim in a parking lot on South Page Street and then robbed a taxi driver on Arthur Avenue. A firearm was displayed by Noel in both incidents. Both victims were injured during the robberies. The suspects were arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail. The investigation is continuing and police say more arrests are possible.
