The Village of Endicott has set up a small skating rink for the community. The rink is adjacent to the pool at George W. Johnson Park off Bermond Avenue. The rink was built in a frame and filled with water from the park’s pool, and the village will be keeping it open on weekdays from 5 to 8 PM and weekends from 1 to 8 PM, weather permitting. The village first decided to build the rink during the record-breaking cold temperatures the area experienced in recent weeks.
