Endicott Police have announced an arrest that happened Saturday. A 15 year old juvenile male of Endicott was arrested for two counts of attempted burglary in the third degree, class E felonies. On two separate dates, March 28th and April 8th, the juvenile attempted to break into the Radio Shack store on North Street, in an effort to steal cellular phones. On the first occasion he attempted to gain entry to the back door using a tool. When that didn’t work, he tried to throw a rock through the front window; but it did not break. On the second occasion he attempted to throw a piece of asphalt through the front window, but it again did not break. The Endicott Police were assisted in the investigation by the Binghamton Police Detective Division.
