Three people were sent to the hospital last night after a two-alarm fire at an Endicott apartment complex. Endicott Fire officials said three people had to be rescued from apartments at 12 South Nanticoke Avenue. Crews were called to the complex at approximately 8 p.m. last night after a dryer malfunction sparked the flames. The fire chief said flames erupted in the laundry room on the bottom floor and traveled up through the first and second floor of the apartments above. Crews from Vestal, West Corners, West Endicott, and Union Center assisted at the scene.
