25-year-old Danielle Agosto of Endicott has been charged with felony assault. Agosto is alleged to have engaged in actions that resulted in a fractured skull to a three-year-old. Agosto is an acquaintance of the family of the three-year-old. Agosto has been arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail with no bail set. The investigation is continuing.
