A man from Endwell has been arrested by New York State Police for burglary charges. According to authorities, 41-year-old Barry Wenger allegedly entered a residence in the Town of Union on August 31st and then assaulted the resident, causing injury. Wenger was arrested on the same day and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
