Calling hours for New York State Trooper Glen Woods took place yesterday. The trooper passed away Tuesday due to natural causes. He was 45 years old. Woods worked for Troop C at the Endwell barracks. In addition to road patrol duties, Woods was a firearms instructor, and he was recently training with the Collision Reconstruction Unit. He leaves behind a wife and two children. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. tomorrow at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Endicott. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the “Glen Woods Family Scholarship Fund.” At NBT Bank of Vestal, C/O Glen Woods Family, 3121 Vestal Parkway East in Vestal.
