Two people were arrested Sunday on drug charges after state police investigated a report of a suspicious couple in the restroom of the McDonald’s on East Main Street in Endwell. Endicott resident Daniel Ulmer and his girlfriend, Port Crane resident Janee Cagahnek were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. When troopers arrived at the McDonald’s on Sunday, they found the couple unlawfully possessed heroin, used hypodermic needles and other “herion-use related items.” Ulmer and Cagahnek were issued tickets returnable to Town of Union Court on December 2nd.
