A fire broke out at a Bainbridge business Thursday morning. At around 6 o’clock, crews responded to a fire at Upturn Industries Incorporated on Whitney Way in Bainbridge. Officials say about 80 percent of the building was destroyed in the blaze. No one was in the building when the fire began, and no one was injured. Several crews responded to the scene including Bainbridge, Afton, Sidney, and Harpursville. Officials called in multiple tankers for additional water supply. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
