A Whitney Point man has been indicted by a Broome County Grand Jury in an assault in the town of Lisle in March. 26-year-old Thomas Sessions fled the state after the incident and was located in Arizona in May. The indictment for felony charges of Attempted Murder, Assault, and Attempted Assault was unsealed on Wednesday. Sessions is also accused of attempting to murder another person separate from the current indictment. Sessions entered a not guilty plea to all charges.
