Tenants in a Johnson City apartment complex were ordered to evacuate. This comes after Johnson City code enforcement deemed the complex at 233 Main Street unsafe. Code enforcement says that they contacted the landlord back in February with a list of required repairs. The landlord of the building says that he fixed the issues cited by code enforcement. Currently, the building is missing a railing, bowing in spots, and has holes in the floor. Residents are unsure as of now whether or not they will be allowed to move back in.
