Johnson City Police have arrested a man for strangulation. 33-year-old Kareem Davis was involved in a dispute with a family member on Willow Street. He allegedly threatened to kill a female, and then grabbed her by the neck and choked her until she passed out. Davis is being charged with second degree strangulation. He was arraigned in village court and sent to the Broome County Jail.
