Johnson City Police have arrested a woman after a domestic dispute ended with her swinging a knife at her boyfriend. 34-year-old Misty Fairweather of Johnson City is being charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and a misdemeanor count of menacing. She was arraigned in Johnson City village court and sent to the Broome County Jail.
