The victim of an October 5th assault on Endicott Avenue in Johnson City has died as a result of his injuries. Robert Headley died at Wilson Hospital on Saturday morning. The Johnson City Police are consulting with the Broome County District Attorney’s Office about possible new charges against the defendant, Edward Stokes III.
