39-year-old Robert Ellsworth of Johnson City was arrested on Monday following a call that he had threatened two people sitting in a car parked on a street near his residence. Ellsworth was charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon and misdemeanor Menacing. Ellsworth was arraigned in the Village of Johnson City Court and was released.
