A domestic dispute has led to the arrest of 35-year-old Anthony Vanglahn of Johnson City. Vanglahn is alleged to have punched his girlfriend in the face and choked her to the point where she became unconscious. He was arrested early Sunday morning by Johnson City Police and charged with felony Strangulation and felony Aggravated Family Offense, as well as other charges. Vanglahn was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
