Police have arrested a Johnson City man after he allegedly attacked a woman. The Johnson City Police have just released information about a call for a dispute on Overbrook Road involving multiple subjects. 22-year-old Thomas Darling is accused of grabbing a woman by the hair and punching her in the face, then stealing several items from her and damaging some of the items. He is now being charged with criminal mischief and grand larceny, both felonies, along with a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge. Darling was arraigned in Johnson City Village Court.
