An upper level of a parking garage on Baldwin Street in Johnson City collapsed yesterday afternoon. The Baldwin Street parking garage is located across from the Wilson Medical Center Emergency Room. A spokesman for United Health Services has said that no one was injured in the collapse, and no structural damage is believed to have affected the hospital itself. A nearby office building was evacuated as a precaution. New York State fire crews from Albany were also called to the scene with a dog to sniff out any potential victims trapped in the rubble.
