Police in Johnson City have taken a Binghamton man into custody after a husband and wife found him inside their home. 47-year-old Robert Fiorini was apprehended by police at the corner of Lester Avenue and Main Street. He was arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail, and is being charged with burglary in the second degree, a felony.
