The man convicted in July of setting fire to a Johnson City home in 2015; that killed four-year-old Joshua Maxwell and three-year-old Michael Maxwell, has been sentenced to life in prison. Dwight Burton appeared in the Broome County Court on Wednesday. Their mother, Erica Kurtz, and Jessica Baxter were injured. Burton will not be eligible for parole. He plans to appeal.
