Johnson City Police arrested a man accused of stealing items from Walmart in Johnson City on Sunday. Police arrested Jahmod White from New York City for robbery in the third degree and petty larceny. When he was confronted by store security, White pepper sprayed the security officer in the face and pushed him away. White then fled the area, and was located by police a short distance away. White had a warrant for a previous petty larceny out of the Johnson City Village court. He was arraigned in the Town of Union Court and was taken to the Broome County Jail.
