The sentencing for a man convicted in June of a fatal shooting in Johnson City has been delayed. 31-year-old Maurice Anthony of Brooklyn was convicted in Broome County Court of killing Eric Dantzler of Binghamton back in December of 2010. Originally due to be sentenced this month, his sentencing has been moved to November 19th. He could face up to life in state prison when sentenced.
