On Wednesday, Johnson City Police arrested 36-year-old Rikki Swackhammer of Johnson City for stealing the purse of an elderly woman from her shopping cart. Swackhammer was charged with felony Grand Larceny. She was arraigned in Johnson City Village Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail pending further action in Broome County Court.
