State Troopers out of Binghamton arrested a Kirkwood man after he allegedly damaged a window at one of the offices at Maines Paper and Food Service in Conklin. 40-year-old Ronald Seeley is an employee of the company and is accused of throwing a rock at the window at the facility, causing the window to shatter. The cost of the damages totaled about $1,000. Seeley is now facing a felony count of criminal mischief and was sent to the Broome County jail on $1,000 cash bail.
