On Wednesday, the New York State Police arrested 35-year-old Matthew Watkins for felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. Following a traffic stop in Kirkwood for an expired vehicle registration, a check of his driving record in New York showed that he has a revoked NYS driver license that has been suspended 21 times on 11 separate dates. Watkins is to appear in the Town of Kirkwood Court.
