An elderly man led the New York State Police on a high speed chase that began on Interstate 81 southbound in Kirkwood and ended at the Golden Oak Golf Course in Windsor. The chase began about 4PM yesterday and lasted for a half hour. The suspect caused damage to several holes on the golf course. The chase ended when the vehicle became disabled on the course. Police have not yet identified the suspect.
