A Broome County Grand Jury has indicted a man for shooting another man and a dog in West Corners last month. 35-year-old Paul Warner is facing attempted murder, assault, attempted assault, and torturing an animal charges in connection with the incident on Carl Street on Sept. 24. One man and his dog were both shot, and are recovering from their wounds. Three others were arrested in connection with the incident, which is still under investigation by state police. Warner remains in the Broome County Jail.
