A Vestal man was sent to the Broome County jail after he allegedly stole from the Walmart at the Town Square Mall on the Vestal Parkway. 44-year-old Robert Randolph is facing a felony count of third-degree burglary along with a misdemeanor petit larceny charge. According to police, Randolph entered the store despite previously being banned from the location. Two other people were arrested by police in Vestal in a separate incident involving credit card theft. 37-year-old Ebony Green of Binghamton and 30-year-old Kathryn Andrew of Johnson City were both charged with on felony counts of forgery, identity theft, and criminal possession of stolen property after they allegedly used a stolen credit card to make multiple purchases. They are set to appear in Vestal Town Court at a later date.
