After more than forty witnesses, six days of testimony and close to four hours of closing arguments, the fate of Nigel Saunders is in the hands of a Broome County jury. Saunders is facing two second-degree murder charges, as well as additional charges, in the death of Jordan Dordell and the sexual assault of his pregnant fiancé in their Mahgatt Street home in November 2013.
