A Port Crane man is facing second degree burglary charges after he allegedly broke into his neighbors house and stole painkillers. 27-year-old Robert Hissin is accused of stealing hydrocodone pills from a residence in the Virginia City Trailer Park in Fenton. He was arraigned in Fenton Town Court and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
