Last week, the Broome-Endicott Swat Team made an arrest following the execution of a search warrant in the Town of Colesville. The search located methamphetamine, marijuana, pills, and 5 firearms, and drug packaging materials. Marissa Price was arrested. As a result of the original search, 15 charges have now been filed against a second person. 53-year-old Roy Niles, of Nineveh, has been charged with 3 counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 12 misdemeanor charges. Niles was remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
