State Senator Fred Akshar is expected to announce changes to his BOOKS reading program that will result in $150,000 in library books and program funding for 24 libraries across the 52nd Senate District. Akshar is also expected to announce details of a $100,000 grant for repairs to the Fenton Free Library.
