An Endicott man is accused of stealing a flat screen TV from an apartment in the village. 23-year-old Richard Tibbetts, of Lincoln Avenue, allegedly stole the TV from another home along his street. The TV was recovered and Tibbetts was arrested and charged with a felony count of second-degree burglary. He was sent to the Broome County jail without bail.
