The Chenango Valley School District was put on a two-hour delay today, but not because of weather. The district received a threatening email and informed law enforcement of the threat, and also put all school buildings on immediate lockdown. Buildings and grounds of each property in the district were searched by law enforcement agencies as an additional precautionary measure. The contents of the email have not been released.
