Southern Tier in general and Tioga Downs specifically, the award of the 4th Full Gaming License. Details will be announced that combine the best ideas from the two separate applications that both Tioga Downs Racetrack LLC and Traditions at the Glen originally submitted. It is believed that such an approach will greatly enhance the likelihood of the final Upstate Gaming License being awarded to Tioga Downs.
