Efforts to bring a casino to the Southern Tier…continue. This morning at 10AM, officials from Traditions at the Glen will hold a press conference in conjunction with Tioga Downs Owner Jeff Gural to talk about those efforts. The Walsh family from Traditions, Jeff Gural, and other political leaders representing both Broome and Tioga County in New York are expected to be on hand.
