Two Endicott residents have been arrested and charged with counts of robbery and attempted robbery. On August 20th, 33-year-old Antoine Legree and 26-year-old Omar Legree allegedly entered the Sazash Stop and Shop at 109 Washington Avenue, wearing ski masks and displaying a knife. They then allegedly threatened the store clerk and stole the drawer with money. The suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a green mini-van. The vehicle matching this description was tracked down by an Endicott Police Detective, which eventually led him to the two arrestees. Both Omar and Antoine Legree were charged with robbery in the first degree, as well as attempted robbery in the first degree for an attempted robbery only minutes prior.
