A two-vehicle crash sent two people to the hospital. The accident happened just before 11:30 Saturday night near Carl Street and Route 26 in West Corners. When crews arrived on the scene, they found both drivers trapped in their cars. Rescuers were able to get the drivers out of their vehicles using hydraulic tools. Both were taken to Wilson Hospital, but their condition and injuries are unknown. A medical helicopter was initially called to the scene, however it was later cancelled. New York State Police are investigating the accident.
