Town of Union Supervisor Rose Sotak is facing an internal investigation following a series of complaints that she has been harassing employees. A town board meeting last night became heated when Sotak used her power to block resolutions that would have released details about the investigation to the public and allowed the town to hire a lawyer to look at legally removing her from office. They will now be considered at their March 1 meeting. The internal investigation began with one employee complaint, but board members say it uncovered a widespread issue. Sotak denied the charges in a statement.
