The United Way will soon be expanding its 2-1-1 call service into additional counties. Currently, residents in Broome, Chenango, and Tioga counties can dial 2-1-1, and a United Way representative will connect them with the social services they need, such as food, or shelter. The service is now expanding into Delaware and Otsego counties.
