A Vestal woman has been charged with identity theft after stealing her grandparent’s credit card. 26-year-old Justine Crowley is said to have taken two of her grandparent’s credit cards and made fraudulent purchases with them at stores and hotels from August into September of this year. The fraudulent charges are said to total almost $6,000. Crowley was arrested on a charge of identity theft and grand larceny and has since been arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
