After backing into a pedestrian, a Vestal woman was arrested for DWI. 62-year-old Vickie L. Angelo was backing up in a Johnson City parking lot when she hit the pedestrian. The name of the pedestrian has not been released, but police reports say that the pedestrian was sent to Wilson Hospital for a leg injury. Angelo was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, and refusal of a breath screening test, a traffic infraction. Angelo is scheduled to appear in Village Court on June 30th.
