A fire caused the evacuation of a Vestal business yesterday, and part of Old Vestal Road was shut down. Crews responded to reports of a porch fire at White Rose Spa. The call came in at 11:30. No one was injured and the fire was quickly knocked down. Vestal firefighters said there was smoke damage inside a part of the spa. Employees and clients were allowed back into the building yesterday afternoon.
