On Monday morning, the Vestal Police responded to a shots-fired complaint at Matthews Kia. Witnesses told police that a passenger in a car had fired what appeared to be a handgun at the window. Police determined that the damage was likely caused by a BB or pellet gun. The suspects were tracked to the Walmart in Vestal, where the same two people had just committed several larcenies. 23-year-old Adam Lord and 20-year-old Kyle Meese, both of Endicott, were charged with felony Criminal Mischief, Grand Larceny, and Reckless Endangerment. The suspects were arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
