The Vestal Walmart was closed overnight on Sunday due to a sewage backup in the store. Sunday afternoon a plumber fixed an issue, but when the plumbing system was re-pressurized, sewage backed up into the store. A further discharge closed the store for the night at 11PM. The problem was resolved Monday morning and the store re-opened at 11AM.
